The Eden Learning Pod is a school pod that meets at #46 1st Avenue in Sugar Estate, St. Thomas. Our Pod is for socializing, outdoor games, gardening, arts and crafts, Spanish as a Second Language, and field trips.  Starting in September, Children who are ages 5 and up will receive one-on-one Math, and Language Arts Lessons.  Also starting in September, Social Studies and Science will be taught, primarily in a group setting.

This learning pod is Christian, and will include Bible lessons.  It will not include Critical Race Theory or lgbtq indoctrination. 

The teachers will not wear masks, nor will they enforce mask mandates, hand sanitizing or social distancing.

The Teachers are Cinnamon DeMarco and Eve Williams.  Part-time teachers may include, but are not limited to: a Spanish teacher, and a dance teacher.  If Cinnamon or Eve are unable to be teachers, Cinnamon will try to find a suitable replacement. Any parent in the group may also look for a replacement. The parents will select a new teacher, by vote.

If parents would like to register as ‘Homeschooling’ with the USVI Department of Education for the 2023-2024 school year, they may list Cinnamon DeMarco and Eve Williams as teachers.

Eden Learning Pod cost is $50 per day.  If you pay for the entire month, on the first meeting of the month, you get 5% off. You may pay by the week.  Payment is due on the first day of the week.  Lunch and field trips are included.  The maximum number of days per week is five, Monday-Friday. Hours are 8:00-5:30, to accommodate working parents. Early drop-off is available. Parents may also pick up their children early in the afternoon.  

Our pod starts on July 5th.  It is closed September 4th, October 9th November 11th, November 23rd and 24th, December 22nd- January 9th, January 16th, February 20th, April 6-12, April 24-28.  Our Pod’s last day of the 2023-2024 session is on  May 31st, 2024.

Starting in September, mothers will attend monthly meetings to build friendships, and learn information.  Topics of the meetings will include being God fearing; chaste; feminine, fit, and naturally beautiful; in accordance with traditional sex roles; and resourceful.  We respect the fact that we do not agree 100% on every one of these topics. 

Our goal is to build our community, raising men and women who will be wise.
