Simple craft decorating piece of paper that is cut into a shape. Heart, star, egg shape, Christmas tree. paper snowflake, Fun to use different things to decorate. Crayons, markers, stickers, glitter, and washable paint.

Step things up by decorating objects, not paper. Decorate wooden Christmas ornaments. T-shirts, cakes and cookies. Don’t feel bad for not doing things like that very often. Elaborate, messy and expensive crafts are special treats.

Handicrafts things like making things out of clay and paper mache, embroidery, sewing, knitting and jewelry making. Unless you are ‘into it’ yourself, these are seldom done.
